9:00 a.m. - Gates open for vendors, crafters, sponsors and Cook Teams to move into the grounds.

Noon: Lunch served by Early Birds Lions Club, Arkansas City

1:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Cook Teams check in, meat inspection

4:00 p.m. - Gates open to public for vendors, crafts, Rubbermaid, Marauders Car Club Classic Car Show, Rubbermaid store, tee-shirt & pin sales

4:00-5:00 p.m. - Social hour for Cook Teams in the Barn

5:30 - 8:30 p.m. - People's Choice Barbeque for the Public and Early Birds Lions Club

7:30 p.m. - Cook Teams meeting in the barn

8:00 p.m. - Outdoor music stage - bring your lawn chairs and listen to Dale Kenny & the Nite Classiks

10:30 p.m. - Fireworks

11:00 p.m. - Quiet Time, by rule of Kansas City Barbeque Society

7:30 a.m. - Gates open; breakfast served on the West side of the barn by "Kicken In The Kitchen"

10:00 a.m. - Vendors, crafts, Marauders Car Club Classic Car Show, Rubbermaid Store, tee-shir and pin sales

10:00 - 10:30 a.m. - Judges check in at the barn

10:30 a.m. - Judges meeting

11:30 a.m. - First meat turned in for judging

11:00 a.m. - Lunch served by "Kickin In The Kitchen" - awesome meals

11:30 a.m. - Music Wagon Stage, hear: The Howlerz, Arkansas City, KS

3:00 p.m. - AWARDS! Inside the barn

6:30 p.m. - Volunteer and sponsors party with The Howlerz and food!
